Taya Bet Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules, Play with Confidence

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Member") and Taya Bet ("the Platform," "we," "us") governing your access to and use of the Taya Bet website located at tayabet.biz and all associated services. By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and any specific terms attached to individual promotions or game types. If there is a conflict between these Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence for the relevant promotion only.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Taya Bet platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

To register and maintain an active Taya Bet account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online gaming in the Philippines and Taya Bet enforces this strictly.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate or business entities may not register as members.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of Taya Bet or any of its software and service providers.
• You must not have a previous Taya Bet account that was closed for breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance. You may only register one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.

Taya Bet reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Taya Bet login credentials, including your username and password. Taya Bet recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not it was authorised by you.

You must notify Taya Bet immediately via support@tayabet.biz or the in-platform live chat if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation. Taya Bet will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account pending verification.

Two-factor authentication is available on Taya Bet and we strongly encourage all members to enable it from their account security settings. This adds a significant layer of protection against unauthorised access.

All deposits to your Taya Bet account must be made through the payment methods listed in your account dashboard. Accepted payment methods currently include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. This list may change from time to time.

All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum single deposit is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, though your chosen payment provider may impose its own limits which are outside Taya Bet's control.

Taya Bet does not accept:

• Deposits from third-party accounts — the payment account must belong to and be registered in the name of the Taya Bet account holder.
• Cryptocurrency payments of any kind.
• Cash deposits or payments by postal order.
• Payments from credit cards belonging to another person.

Taya Bet does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees which will be visible in their app or platform before you confirm the transfer.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your Taya Bet account has completed identity verification (KYC). You will be required to submit a valid government-issued ID and documentation confirming your payment method. This is a one-time requirement for new accounts and is processed within one to two business days after submission.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Taya Bet does not make withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Processing times after approval are as follows:

• GCash and Maya: Typically 5–15 minutes for verified accounts.
• BDO, BPI, UnionBank (InstaPay): Up to 1 banking day.
• PESONet transfers: Up to 1–2 banking days.
• Visa/Mastercard: 3–5 banking days depending on the issuing bank.

Taya Bet reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time. We will communicate any delay and the reason for it to the member within 24 hours of the delay occurring.

All bets placed on Taya Bet are subject to the general betting rules set out here as well as the sport-specific and game-specific rules available in each section of the platform. In the event of a conflict, sport-specific or game-specific rules take precedence over these general rules.

The minimum single bet amount on Taya Bet sports betting markets is ₱100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed on the bet slip before you confirm. Taya Bet reserves the right to impose individual account-level maximum bet limits at its discretion.

A bet is considered accepted once you receive a confirmation from the Taya Bet system. Any bets placed after a match has begun (for pre-match markets) or after a live market has been suspended may be voided. Taya Bet is not liable for bets placed on erroneous odds caused by technical errors — such bets will be voided and stakes returned.

Results for sports events are determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body. For PBA games, the official result from the PBA is used. For boxing, the decision of the judges or the referee's stoppage is final. For NBA games, the official NBA final score is used.

Taya Bet offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All promotions are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms stated in the promotion itself. Members are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of any promotion before claiming it.

General bonus rules that apply to all Taya Bet promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per member, household, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Taya Bet reserves the right to withdraw or modify any ongoing promotion with or without prior notice.
• If Taya Bet reasonably suspects that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith or in violation of these terms, it reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

Wagering requirements are stated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means a ₱500 bonus requires ₱10,000 in qualifying bets before it converts to withdrawable cash). Bets on certain game types or at certain odds may not contribute fully or at all to wagering requirements — always check the promotion details.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Taya Bet and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances where found to have occurred:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in poker, live casino, or other multi-player games.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to fund an account.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions, or using Taya Bet for any financial crime.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting using Taya Bet bonus funds.
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Placing bets on your own behalf using insider information obtained through a professional role in the relevant sport.

Taya Bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable activity and that all members should be in control of how they play. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Taya Bet members at no charge directly from the account settings page:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Betting Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can wager per bet, per day, or per week.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session length. A warning will appear when you approach your limit.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net session result.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period (1 day to 6 months). During this period you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. This is irreversible. Taya Bet will also remove you from all marketing communications.

Taya Bet reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Receiving a chargeback or disputed payment from a member's payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement to close the account.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, Taya Bet will communicate the suspension to the member within 24 hours and provide an estimated timeline for resolution. Where an account is closed for cause, any balance derived from legitimate activity (excluding bonuses and bets placed in violation of these Terms) will be returned to the member's registered payment method after investigation is complete.

Members may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support@tayabet.biz. Account closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to the member's registered payment method provided KYC is complete.

Taya Bet provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Taya Bet will not be liable for losses caused by:

• Platform downtime or technical failures outside of our reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from a member's own decisions, strategies, or betting activities.
• Bets placed in error by the member (except where the error was caused by a Taya Bet system fault).
• Internet connectivity issues on the member's device or network.

Nothing in these Terms limits Taya Bet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Where Taya Bet's liability is found to exist, it is limited to the amount deposited by the member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Taya Bet may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable laws, or industry standards. When we make a material change, we will notify registered members via the email address on their account and display a notice on the Taya Bet platform for at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

For minor changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of the terms), we may update the Terms without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.

Your continued use of Taya Bet after any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support@tayabet.biz to close your account and receive any remaining balance.
